Project SCOPE (Supporting Community Opportunities & Planned Expansion) is a new Brodstone Healthcare initiative focused on strengthening workforce recruitment, supporting community growth, and expanding opportunities throughout the region. The first project will develop six new owner-occupied homes on long-vacant lots in Superior, helping address the critical need for rural housing while attracting new families and supporting economic development. By leveraging existing infrastructure and partnering with local contractors and suppliers, the project is expected to generate immediate economic activity and long-term community benefits. As the first initiative under the Project SCOPE umbrella, the housing development reflects Brodstone Healthcare's commitment to investing not only in healthcare services, but also in the housing, workforce, and community resources needed for rural communities to thrive into the future.
