Wound Care

The Brodstone Healthcare Wound Care Team works closely with the medical staff at Brodstone as well as other facilities, to coordinate individualized care for patients with wounds, ostomies and continence problems, and improve patient outcomes resulting in cost-effective health care and improved quality of life for the patient. We are able to provide optimal patient care in multiple healthcare settings, including inpatients, outpatients, and long-term care residents. The wound, ostomy, continence patients are seen in the specialty clinic. This service allows patients to stay local with their care, reducing travel time and inconvenience.

Peg Faimon

Peg Faimon, RN,WTA-C, is a board-certified wound treatment associate who specializes in wounds and continence problems. Peg is currently working to be certified as a WOCN. 

Jennifer Bruns

Jennifer Bruns, RN, BSN, CWOCN is a board-certified wound, ostomy, continence (WOC) nurse who works closely with the medical staff from Brodstone as well as other facilities, to coordinate individualized care for patients with wounds, ostomies and continence problems, and improve patient outcomes resulting in cost-effective health care and improved quality of life for the patient.
