The Brodstone Healthcare Foundation is proud to announce a significant donation of $95,000 from Nifty Thrifty, Superior's popular downtown thrift shop. The funds were raised from the store's sales throughout the past year, a testament to the dedication of manager Denise Thayer and hard-working volunteers who generously give their time each year.
The money will be used to purchase and upgrade essential equipment throughout Brodstone Healthcare, continuing the Foundation's mission to enhance and expand healthcare services in the area. Since its founding in 1991, Nifty Thrifty has contributed well over one million dollars to the hospital, with nearly $800,000 raised in the past decade alone.
"This incredible donation from Nifty Thrifty is all thanks to the dedication of Denise and her amazing team of gracious volunteers," said Heather Erickson, Senior Director of Development at Brodstone Healthcare. "Their tireless work and commitment to our community have made a huge impact on our ability to purchase essential equipment and continue to provide excellent care."
