Vyzourek’s selection reflects his longstanding commitment to advancing rural healthcare, strengthening statewide collaboration, and championing high-quality patient care across Nebraska.

As CEO of Brodstone Healthcare, Vyzourek has led the organization through a period of significant achievement and growth. Under his leadership, Brodstone has earned national recognition as both a Top 100 and Top 20 Critical Access Hospital, and has received 5-star CMS ratings in Quality and Patient Experience. His strategic focus on access, quality, and innovation has resulted in expanded specialty provider availability, strengthened mental health services, and critical facility enhancements designed to better serve the region.

Vyzourek’s influence extends well beyond Brodstone. He is actively engaged in statewide healthcare leadership, serving or having served on several boards, including the Nebraska Hospital Association and the NHA Services Board.
