Brodstone Employees Donate 39 Units of Blood During Inaugural American Red Cross Blood Drive

SUPERIOR, Neb. – Brodstone Healthcare is proud to announce the success of the return of the American Red Cross blood drive hosted by Brodstone Community Wellness. Held on Wednesday, July 29, the event resulted in the collection of 39 units of blood, all donated by Brodstone employees.

The blood drive schedule filled quickly, demonstrating the generosity and community-minded spirit that define the Brodstone team. Employees stepped forward to support the initiative, reinforcing Brodstone Healthcare's commitment to serving others both inside and outside the organization.

"This blood drive was a tremendous success, and we are incredibly grateful to our employees who participated," said Jacki Siebecker, Wellness Director at Brodstone Healthcare. "The willingness of our staff to give their time and donate blood reflects the compassionate culture we strive to foster every day. Their giving hearts continue to make a difference in the lives of others."

The 39 units collected will help provide lifesaving blood products to patients in need throughout the region. According to the American Red Cross, a single blood donation can help save more than one life, making each donor's contribution especially meaningful.

The event marked the beginning of what Brodstone Community Wellness hopes will become a regular opportunity for employees to support the critical need for blood donations. The overwhelming participation and support from staff highlight Brodstone Healthcare's longstanding tradition of service and dedication to community well-being.

Brodstone Community Wellness extends its sincere appreciation to the American Red Cross for partnering on this event and to every employee who helped make the inaugural blood drive a success.
